Discover Scuba Diving is a beginner-friendly experience that introduces you to the fundamentals of scuba diving in a safe and controlled environment. After a short briefing, your instructor will help you use the equipment correctly before guiding you underwater to explore the incredible coral reefs and marine life of the Red Sea.
If you decide to become a certified diver, our PADI Open Water Diver Course in Hurghada is the next step toward diving independently around the world.
If you’re travelling with a certified diver while you have no certification yet, both of you can still enjoy the Red Sea together during our 1 Day Diving Hurghada boat trip.

Each dive normally lasts between 20 and 25 minutes.
Maximum depths depend on age and comfort level:
8 years: up to 2 metres
9 years: up to 4 metres
10 years and above: up to 12 metres

1. Do I need previous diving experience?
No. Discover Scuba Diving is specifically designed for people who have never scuba dived before.
2. How deep will I dive?
Children dive at shallower depths, while adults may dive to a maximum of 12 metres depending on their comfort level and instructor assessment.
3. How long does each dive last?
Each underwater dive usually lasts between 20 and 25 minutes.
4. What is included in the price?
Your experience includes two instructor-guided dives, full diving equipment, hotel transfers within Hurghada, lunch, and drinks.
5. How much does Discover Scuba Diving cost?
The price is €50 per person. Additional charges only apply for hotel pickups outside Hurghada or optional extras.
6. Can children participate?
Yes. Children from 8 years old can join while following age-specific depth limits.
